   Angela Abala
Angela is currently a Judicial Fellow for the Hon. Charles N. Brower, assisting him on ISDS cases. She is qualified to practice in the Philippines and New York. She has a Master of Laws in International Legal Studies and Certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from Georgetown University Law Center. She was also one of four competitively selected International Arbitration Scholars at Georgetown for the 2019-2020 academic year. Prior to coming to the U.S., Angela spent four years at the Philippine Office of the Solicitor General (OSG). She has represented the Republic of the Philippines in several international arbitration cases administered by different institutions. She was part of the team at the OSG that represented the Republic in a US$101 million international commercial arbitration case involving a public infrastructure, the first arbitration case that the OSG handled without external counsel. Angela has a Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. 

   Peace Adeleye
Peace is an Associate at the Dispute Resolution practice group of Kenna Partners, a leading Nigerian law firm. She has an interest in international arbitration and international investment law. She is a member of several arbitration groups such as the Young ICCA, YIAG, AYA, MAA to mention a few. She has participated in the Vis East Moot as an arbitrator and other arbitration moots.

 Arjun Agarwal
Arjun Agarwal is an associate at the New Delhi office of Trilegal and is part of the Dispute Resolution practice. He primarily advises clients on international commercial arbitration as also disputes in the energy and infrastructure sector, with particular emphasis on contentious regulatory matters involving generation, transmission and distribution companies before various Indian Courts, including the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, various State Electricity Regulatory Commissions and the National Green Tribunal. He is also engaged in certain pro bono litigation on behalf of an organisation working for the betterment of slum dwellers in New Delhi. Arjun is an alumnus of the prestigious WB National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, India. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.

   Navin Ahuja
Dr. Navin G. Ahuja earned his doctorate in international arbitration, during part of which, he was a visiting fellow and subsequently a senior research associate at City University of Hong Kong and has delivered several lectures there. He is an editorial board member of the International Arbitration Law Review, an accredited tribunal secretary, and an accredited general mediator. He has been involved in several publications on the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and ADR. Navin is a former Vis Mootie and has been participating in the Vis Moot as an arbitrator and/or co-coach since.

    Sheila Ahuja 
Sheila Ahuja is a Partner in Allen & Overy's Global Arbitration group based in Singapore. She advises on a wide range of arbitration matters and arbitration related court proceedings, involving jurisdictions such as India, Hong Kong, Singapore, England and Wales, Japan, Myanmar and the PRC. Sheila has particular experience of energy and infrastructure disputes, disputes arising from joint ventures and distributorship arrangements, and disputes relating to complex financial products. She represents clients in both commercial arbitrations and investor-State arbitrations. Amongst other positions, Sheila is the Co-Chair of the Steering Committee of the Young MCIA, a member of the Steering Committee of the IBA Arb 40, Co-Chair of the Asia Pacific Arbitration Group Sub-Committee of the IBA and a former member of the Steering Proceedings Committee of the HKIAC. Sheila sits as arbitrator in cases under the SIAC and HKIAC Rules.

   Edward Alder
Edward Alder is instructed in international arbitrations as counsel and arbitrator. His High Court practice involves commercial trials, injunctions, arbitration-related applications and jurisdictional disputes, often in the trade and transport sector. Edward is also instructed in international insolvency, financial services, shareholder and directorship / employee disputes. Edward acts in confidential information, trade mark and copyright disputes, particularly software and IT project cases.

  Shahla Ali
Shahla Ali is Professor and Associate Dean (International) and Director of the LLM in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution at the Faculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong. She has consulted with USAID, IFC/World Bank and the United Nations on issues pertaining to access to justice, peace process negotiation training and land use conflict resolution. She serves as a bilingual arbitrator (English/Chinese) with CIETAC, HKIAC (ADNDRC), SIAC and has served on the IBA Drafting Committee for Investor-State Mediation Rules, the DOJ Mediation Regulatory Committee, the UN Mediation Roster and the FDRC Appointments Committee.

   Nevin Alija
Nevin Alija, PhD candidate in EU Energy Law at Universidade Catolica Portuguesa, is Co-Founder and Researcher at Nova Law Green Lab, focusing on the areas of Energy and Climate Legislation. She has been the coordinator of the JurisNova Renewable Energy Law Course and teaching assistant for the Energy Law course at the Master level. Her expertise extends to Alternative Dispute Resolution, serving as a teaching assistant for the Master's level course "Moot Courts" and volunteering her time as an Arbitrator in several international moot court competitions such as Vis East, FDI, Vis, Bahrain Chamber of Commerce, AIAC Moot etc.
   Gizem Alper
Gizem Alper is licensed to practice law in New York and Turkey (Istanbul). She has extensive years of academic and professional experience in international corporate and commercial law practices. She runs the CISG database at the Institute of International Commercial Law at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (NY), where her work is focused on international arbitration and international sales law, particularly the CISG. She regularly speaks on the CISG as guest lecturer. She serves as secretary for the Committee on Commercial Law and Uniform State Laws at the New York City Bar and is a member of Arbitral Women.

   Iain Aitchison
He a registered Architect in Germany and in UK. Iain is an internationally recognized delay expert, with more than 30 years of experience in the international construction industry, and expertise in complex buildings, power and process plants, and major infrastructure projects. He is regularly appointed as an independent expert on complex and high-value disputes and has given expert evidence in ICC Arbitration on delay and FIDIC contract administration issues. His expert insight and dispute resolution skills have facilitated the structured settlement of major and highly complex underlying disputes on a World Bank funded distressed infrastructure project. Iain is an accredited dispute board member, mediator, and international arbitrator, and has experience of virtual hearings in international commercial arbitration and of resolving disputes in virtual mediation. Since 2012, he has been involved in various international Vis pre-moots including LCIA, CIArb, AIAC, PCA, Fordham University, Edinburgh University, Munich, Moscow, and over the years has sat as chair, wing, sole arbitrator, and truncated tribunal, and has stood in as emergency presiding arbitrator. He sat in the elimination round R64 as emergency wing in Vienna 2020, chaired in R16 in Vis East Moot  2021, and chaired in R32 in Vis Moot 2021.
   David Atnip
David Atnip JD, MBA. David is a US lawyer. He moved to Shanghai in 2003 after completing an MBA degree at U. of Toronto. Operating as Fundi Consulting, David advises on legal, marketing, cultural issues required to successfully execute business strategy in China. David combines professional skills from 20-year US legal practice with experience gained in China as business owner and entrepreneur. David speaks and coaches on topics in personal development, business management.

Denis Brock is the Chair of O'Melveny's International Disputes and Arbitration Practice and the regional head of the Asia Litigation Practice. He concentrates his practice on commercial and corporate arbitration, litigation, and regulatory investigations. Denis is regularly recognised as a leading dispute resolution and insurance practitioner in Asia and the UK. He is currently ranked as “Band 1” by Chambers Asia in dispute resolution and has equivalent ranking with other relevant legal directories. He is an Advocate in England & Wales and an Advocate in Hong Kong. Denis is a Fellow of CIArb and is regularly appointed as arbitrator. He appears as counsel in arbitrations including those under the administration of the LCIA, HKIAC, CIETAC, and ICC.
   John Campbell QC
John Campbell is a Scottish Queen’s Counsel, qualified to practice throughout the UK. He became an Advocate in 1981, was called as a Barrister to Lincolns Inn in 1990, and took silk in 1998. He is a Member of the Faculty of Advocates and of Trinity Chambers, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. He graduated LL.B from Edinburgh University in 1972, and worked as a solicitor in Scotland until 1978. He was appointed as an Assistant Director of Legal Aid in Hong Kong in 1978, where he worked in a range of public service legal jobs until appointed a Magistrate for the remainder of his 3 year tour, in 1980. Since 1981, he has worked in Scotland at the Bar in Personal Injury and Industrial Disease work, Family Law, Commercial work generally, and in Criminal defence and commercial work. He has agricultural law, and landlord and tenant experience, and has worked widely in promoting ADR, Arbitration and Mediation around the world. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and an active practicing Arbitrator. He was President of the CIArb in 2009 and travelled widely

Bernardo Cartoni
Bernardo Cartoni is a triple qualified lawyer (admitted to the Bar of Italy and Poland and enrolled as a Solicitor in England and Wales), former Founder and Partner of Kancelaria Prawnicza Bernardo Cartoni i Wspólnicy, boutique law firm based in Warsaw and Rome; currently Of Counsel of Ovoli Frugoni Romero, boutique law firm based in Rome and Madrid. Bernardo is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and he is listed in the SHIAC Panel of Arbitrators, in the HKIAC List of Arbitrators and he is also member of several arbitral institutions spanned all over the world (LCIA, SAC, AIA, AtlAS, ASA, Delos, MCN, Lewiatan, etc.).He focuses in international disputes (arbitration and litigation both) regarding commercial trade, M&A, IP rights, construction and maritime law. Siyuan is an Associate Professor of Law at Singapore Management University. He directs the International Moots Programme in SMU, heads the autonomous vehicles project of the school’s AI Centre, and specialises in criminal evidence and procedure. As a moot coach, he has lead teams to multiple championship finals appearances in moots such as the Jessup and Price. He has been judging the Vis moots since 2012

  Keith Cheung
   Andrew Chin
Andrew has vast experience in acting as counsel (in both English and Chinese) in commercial disputes under various arbitral institutions, such as the HKIAC, SIAC, ICC and CIETAC. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is on the panel of arbitrators for the Thai Arbitration Centre, BVI Arbitration Centre and the Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre.
As a litigator, Andrew specialises in commercial and shareholder disputes with expertise in multi-jurisdictional disputes, obtaining interim measures in aid of arbitration and enforcement of awards in the BVI and Cayman Islands. Prior to joining Harneys, Andrew practised Hong Kong law and Singapore law and worked with international law firms in Hong Kong and as a tribunal secretary and assistant to Mr. Michael Hwang SC in Singapore, who is one of the leading arbitrators in the Asia Pacific.

   Mahima Cholera
Mahima Cholera, Associate at Fox & Mandal Kolkata, India. Mahima, a fresh graduate of The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences has recently joined as an Associate under Mr. Debanjan Mandal at Fox & Mandal, Kolkata, a premier multi-disciplinary law firm established in 1896. Her area of interest and expertise is commercial law and she deals with both the transactional side as well as the dispute side of commercial matters in the firm. She was one of the most sought-after moot mentors at her University having won the 14th Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition in 2017. She has also participated in the prestigious 60th Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, 2019. Her interest towards mooting as an activity also led her to coach various moot teams including the team representing Kathmandu School of Law, Nepal in the 15th Willem C. Vis (East) International Moot Court Competition, 2018 and thereafter arbitrate in the 2020 and 2021 edition of the VIS (East) Moot.

    Chu Heung Ming, Stephen
Stephen is a Chartered Arbitrator & a Chartered Insurer. He is an Employed Barrister in HK, an arbitrator under HKIAC’s list of arbitrators & an accredited HKMAAL General Mediator. He is also a panel member under various local & overseas arbitration & mediation centres & institutions. He serves as a part time lecturer in PEAK of VTC in HK on insurance related post graduate diploma courses & in HKLTI / Vista Academy Co Ltd on legal, construction & insurance/reinsurance related courses. He has good working experience handling construction, insurance/reinsurance & personal injury disputes via mediation, arbitration & litigation. He currently serves as a member under the executive committee of CIArb (EAB) & ARIAS Asia. He also acts as a tutor for arbitration courses of CIArb. He serves as a coach in various mediation training courses in HK.
   Rafael Cruz
Rafael Roman Cruz is a Philippine-qualified lawyer, with deep roots in the Vis Moot. Rafael competed at the 14th Vis East, where he captained the Ateneo de Manila team, which broke into the Vis East’s Top 16. Still active with the Vis East Moot and the MAA, Rafael has since returned as a coach for his alma mater, as well as an arbitrator in the moots that followed. He is currently engaged with the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Quisumbing Torres, the Manila office of Baker McKenzie, where he participates in litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration and mediation. He is also engaged with the Aviation Practice Group of the firm, and guides its clients through the regulatory regime of Philippine aviation. Rafael is a member of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PIArb), having served as its Corporate Secretary. Rafael is also a member of the Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre (ySIAC) and Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (Young ICCA).

Channraksmeychhoukroth DANY (or “Chhoukroth”) is an Attorney-at-Law and a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Her legal practices centered on contract law, international commercial arbitration, family law and criminal litigation. She is acting as counsel in both domestic and international arbitration. Chhoukroth’s principle research fields center on the law of the sea, international environmental law, international commercial arbitration, and human rights law particularly right to a healthy environment and business and human rights.

   Anne-Marie Doernenburg
Anne-Marie Doernenburg is an associate based in the Tokyo office of Nishimura & Asahi specialising in international arbitration. She has acted in commercial and investor-state arbitrations under the ICSID, ICC, JCAA, KCAB, SIAC and UNCITRAL rules. Prior to joining Nishimura & Asahi, she worked in the London, Paris and Washington, DC offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. She is admitted in Germany (Rechtsanwalt) and in England & Wales (Solicitor) and speaks English, German, Japanese, Spanish, French and Catalan.

   Zoe Dong
Zoe Dong is a senior associate for Hogan Lovells n the firm’s International Arbitration group in Hong Kong. Zoe received degrees from Peking University in Juris Master and Biochemistry, and completed her diploma in law at BPP University College in the UK. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Law at The University of Hong Kong. Zoe ranked first among 230 students in her Juris Master class in Peking University, graduated from The University of Hong Kong with distinction, and received six scholarships and awards for her excellent academic performance.

   Hew Dundas
Hew Dundas has spent >42 years in the Oil & Gas industry, including being General Manager Legal, Company Secretary and Group Insurance Manager at Cairn Energy PLC, a large UK oil company, before becoming (in 1998) a full-time International Arbitrator, Mediator and Expert Determiner in Oil & Gas, Energy and general commercial disputes.
He is a Chartered Arbitrator (CIArb) and a Panel Arbitrator in England, Scotland, Beijing, Kazakhstan, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, India, Slovenia and the USA and is a member of many leading arbitral institutions.  He is Honorary Vice-President, Scottish Arbitration Centre and Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Chinese European Arbitration Centre (Hamburg) and is also Presidente Honorario, Centro International de Arbitraje e Mediación (Quito). In 2005 he was elected President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (approx. 12,000 members in 108+ countries) for calendar 2007.

   Maciej Durbas
Attorney at law, LL.M. He works on the team handling complicated disputes, including cross-border proceedings in various sectors. He has extensive experience in arbitration. He has been a member of the teams representing clients in international arbitration proceedings with the value of the dispute ranging from several thousand to several hundred million Euro. He received his first appointments as arbitrator (including presiding arbitrator) before Polish courts of arbitration. Advises clients also in the area of the real estate law, both in court, administrative, and administrative court proceedings (with a particular emphasis on reprivatisation disputes), as well as in transactions. Prepares real estate audit reports (due diligence) and analyses in the scope of investment processes and legal titles to real estate. He has been preparing Jagiellonian University students participating in the Willem C. Vis Moot international arbitration competition for many years with significant achievements.

   Chithra Powathikunnil George
Ms.Chithra Powathikunnil George is a litigation and an arbitration lawyer. She has inter-alia handled disputes in the areas of entertainment, intellectual property, constitutional, administrative, contract, service and land acquisition laws. She pursued her first LL.M. in international Arbitration and Dispute Resolution at the National University of Singapore (NUS) with the coveted NUS Centre for International Law full scholarship and stipend. She gained exposure by interning at Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow, Michael Hwang Chambers and Centre for International Law. While pursuing her undergraduate studies in law, she bagged multiple awards for academic excellence and graduated as a University rank holder. Her law school life speaks volumes of her passion for dispute settlement wherein she won many national and international moot court competitions. She has also been Presiding Arbitrator at the Willem C. Vis Vienna and Vis East Moot Court Competitions.

   Derya Durlu Gürzumar
Ms. Derya Durlu Gürzumar is an attorney-at-law registered to the Istanbul Bar Association. She is the chair of the Alternative and New Law Business Structures Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), working on alternative legal practice models. She holds LLB and LLM degrees from Bilkent University Faculty of Law, in Ankara, Turkey, where she was a participant in the 15th, 16th and 17th Vis Moots in her undergraduate studies, receiving two successive Honorable Mentions in the Martin Domke Award in the 16th and 17th Vis Moots,She was the sole coach of the Bilkent University Vis Moot Team at the 18th Vis East and 28th Vis Moot competitions in 2020-2021. The Bilkent University ISTAC Moot Court Team she coached in 2020 also won the 4th ISTAC Future of Arbitration Practitioner Moot Court Competition held in Turkey by ISTAC (Istanbul Arbitration Center). She frequently acts as an arbitrator in various national and international moot court competitions, including the FDI Moot, Jessup, ISTAC, and the ICC Moot since 2011.

    Stefanie G. Efstathiou
Stefanie Efstathiou is an EU-qualified lawyer, who has obtained legal training in Greece and Germany. She is a UDRP Panelist at the Czech Arbitration Court and specializes mainly in domain name and IP disputes, as well as international commercial arbitration. She is a holder of 3 LL.M. titles and is in the process of becoming a certified mediator. She participates every year as an Arbitrator in the Willem C. Vis Moot and the FDI Moot. She is also an Ambassador for Arbitrator Intelligence, a legal tech company which aims to promote transparency, accountability, and diversity in arbitrator selection by increasing access to critical information about arbitrators and their decision-making.
   Can Eken
Mr Can Eken is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK LAW). He is a dual-qualified attorney, a member of the State Bar of California and İstanbul Bar Association. Mr Eken holds two LLM degrees, one from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and another from Dokuz Eylül University, where he also obtained his bachelor’s degree in law with a high honour degree. He practised law and worked as a research assistant in Turkey before commencing his PhD studies at CUHK LAW. He spent the 2019/20 academic year at Stanford University as a visiting researcher. He has successfully completed the Accelerated route to fellowship (International Arbitration) course by the CIARB and he is a member of the CIARB, Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), the Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise (CIFILE), Young ICCA, ICC YAF, LCIA YIAG, and many other international forums. As of January 2021, he joined the Executive Secretariat of the Asia Pacific FDI Network. 

Aline Tanielian Fadel
Dr. Aline Tanielian Fadel is an arbitrator, lawyer and university lecturer and has recently been appointed as Partner and Head of Arbitration Practice at Eptalex- Aziz Torbey Law Firm in Beirut in November 2020. She has participated in numerous arbitration proceedings before the ICC, the Beirut Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), the DIFC and DIAC (both in Dubai), along with several ad hoc arbitration proceedings.  She is a member of the Beirut Bar Association, ICC Arab Arbitration Group, and ArbitralWomen and listed as arbitrator on the panels of the BCCI, the VIAC (Vienna) and the ADGM (Abu Dhabi).

   Meng Fanqin
Fanqin Meng specializes in domestic and international dispute resolution, with regard to the fields concerning project construction, real estate, investment and corporate compliance (including labor disputes). He is a member of International Bar Association (IBA), Member of Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) and a Member of Moot Alumni Association (MAA).
   Xavier Favre-Bulle
Dr. Xavier Favre-Bulle is the current President of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre (formerly the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution - SCAI). He has more than 25 years of experience and has been involved in more than 250 arbitrations (e.g. sales agreements, agency & distribution, licences, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, post-M&A disputes, etc., in various business industries such as energy, construction, luxury goods, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, banking, aerospace, sports, investment protection, etc.). He is the current President of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre (formerly the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution - SCAI) and a Vice-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee. He is a member of the Academic Council of the Swiss Arbitration Academy.
   Louis Flannery
Louis specialises in arbitration and litigation with a particular emphasis on fraud and conflict of law issues. He is a regular speaker on arbitration and civil fraud at conferences all over the world. Louis has extensive experience of international commercial arbitration under the major institutional rules (LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, SCC, etc) as well as substantial High Court litigation in England. As a practising solicitor advocate, he has undertaken advocacy before international tribunals and courts, including the High Court and Court of Appeal. Louis became a QC (Queen's Counsel) in 2018, one of only a few international arbitration solicitor practitioners to achieve that distinction.

Attorney Dennis Arthur Foster, Esq has thirty plus years as an attorney for international business transactions in Milan, Paris and Washington, DC. He specializes in International business transactions; international commercial arbitration and litigation; international intellectual property.
   Fernando Freire Lula de Souza

I am a partner with the disputes group at Herbert Smith Freehills in Singapore.  We work on bet-the-company and bet-the-state disputes in Asia.  Although I'm a generalist, I particularly enjoy the energy and tech/telco sectors, and dealing with fraud, joint venture and investment treaty disputes. We work for private companies, major state owned entities and states.  I act as counsel (advocate) and arbitrator and have experience of matters under the SIAC, ICC, ICSID, HKIAC, LCIA and CIETAC arbitration rules. 

    Sean Sullivan Gibbs
Sean is the managing director of the global expert advisory and expert witness provider Hanscomb Intercontinental and provides expert testimony on quantum matters . Sean sits as an arbitrator, adjudicator, dispute board member and expert determiner in construction, engineering and shipbuilding disputes and has experience across Europe, Africa, GCC, Asia and the Americas. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Middle Temple and holds an LLB (Hons), Diploma in Adjudication, Post Graduate Diploma in Arbitration, Master of Laws (LLM) and Fellowships of the CIARB, BIARB, Association of Arbitrators, RICS, CIOB, CICES. Mr Grossman graduated BA and LL.B from the University of Cape Town. He was called to the Rhodesian Bar (later the Zimbabwe Bar) in 1967 and practiced there until1983. He joined the then Hong Kong Legal Department in 1983 and worked in the Prosecutions and Civil Division. Before he left the public sector in 1994, he had reached the position of Deputy Director of Public Prosecution and the Head of Commercial Crime Unit. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1993. He has been involved in many high-profile cases, both civil and criminal since 1983. Ms Grace IP Ping Ting obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree (1995, LLB) and Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (2017, LLM) from the University of Hong Kong (HKU), the Master of Laws in International Economic Law (2009, LLM) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). She was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong (1997).  Ms IP joined the Civil Litigation Unit, Civil Division and the Legal Policy Division of the Department of Justice as Government Counsel in 2001 and 2016 respectively handling civil and criminal matters.  Ms IP participated in the judging sessions of the Willem C Vis East International Arbitration Moot (Vis East Moot) since 2015 and its first Virtual Vis East (VVE) in 2020.  She also judged in the Young International Mediation Competition (YIMC), ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition and the Red Cross International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Moot hosted by HKU.  Her research interests involved sector-specific dispute resolution processes, in particular on international and comparative energy law, international environmental law, clean energy and climate law.  Ms IP is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (FHKIArb), a CEDR Accredited Mediator and a signatory in support of the Campaign for Greener Arbitration (The Green Pledge) initiated by Ms Lucy Greenwood, International Arbitrator, London.

Sabine Neuhaus is a Swiss qualified attorney-at-law and graduated from the University of Zurich (MLaw, summa cum laude) and Hong Kong University (LL.M. in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, with distinction). She is an associate in the Shanghai office of one of the largest Swiss law firms, Kellerhals Carrard.    Can Sarp Özcan
Can Sarp Özcan is a trainee associate at Baker & McKenzie's Istanbul office. Having graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law summa cum laude, he now works on antitrust and competition law matters. Last year, he attended the 27th Willem C. Vis Moot Court Competition, which was conducted virtually for the first time. James Plotkin is a bilingual, bijural Canadian lawyer with Caza Saikaley LLP, based in Ottawa, Ontario. Haroun Rahimi has obtained his B.A. in Law from Herat University, his LLM in Global Business Law from University of Washington School of Law, and his Ph.D. from University of Washington. Rahimi is Assistant Professor of Law at American University of Afghanistan. Prof. Rahimi's research focuses on economic laws, institutional development, and institutional reform in context of less developed countries.

   Manoj Raikar
Manoj Raikar is Law Graduate from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India with special interest in International Commercial Arbitration and Commercial Litigation.
